Chief Financial Officer
As our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Pete’s main responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of the financial reporting system, getting financial information to key players in a timely fashion, and having the right data readily available to assess any financial risk to the company.
Although he looks much younger, Pete has over 30 years of experience in federal services in a wide range of financial and operations roles. His focus over the last decade plus has been in CFO and merger and acquisition roles.
Pete has a BA in Economics from LaSalle College and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University, both in Philadelphia. He is also an adjunct professor at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, teaching Finance in both the MBA and Executive MBA programs. He feels that his work experience plus his financial background provide the students with a nice blend of financial theory, and the practical applications of that theory.
A native of Philadelphia, Pete and his wife Jan have two grown sons (Jason and Chris), a daughter-in-law (Meagan), two completely exhausting gandchildren (Cole and Cora), and a chocolate lab named Bob. Pete is still an avid fan of his beloved Philly sports teams, is an accomplished cook, and enjoys kayaking around Cape May, NJ.
