Monica joined RGS in 2006 because of our great culture. Just ask her, and she’ll tell you all about the collaborative environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to work/life balance. She is an expert on our clients and our community.

Monica serves as the Director of RGS’s DoD System Command Division, which includes projects such as: strategic planning, human capital management, business financial management, information technology, and talent management. Throughout her career, Monica has been recognized for taking leadership positions, her willingness to serve, and her extraordinary ability to bring people together. She won the RGS President’s Award in 2009, which is given to the RGS associate who helps achieve our mission of delivering solutions for positive change through innovative technologies, techniques, and teamwork.

Prior to her career at RGS, Monica worked as a program manager supporting Federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the Department of Defense, and the former United States Immigration and Naturalization Services.

Monica holds a BS degree from Hampton University and an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park. Outside of work, Monica is married to her best friend from college and is the proud mom of two active kids. Monica loves the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with close friends and family.
