Michelle Bautista Eveleigh

Michelle joined RGS in 2012 and was quickly drawn to the core values of RGS. Immensely impressed and inspired by the caliber of talent, she strived for excellence, providing full program support and enterprise-wide implementation of the Department of Homeland Security’s Capstone Program, an executive level leader development program for newly appointed members to the Senior Executive Service (SES). She transitioned to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in 2013 as a member of the Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO), where she supports the Commander’s Executive Fellows Program (CEFP).

Michelle is a regular volunteer and participant in corporate events, and a recipient of the 2014 RGS Great Team Award. She is a certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and holds a BS in Marketing from University of Maryland at College Park, Robert Smith School of Business. She also holds an AA in Communications, and currently pursuing an Event Management certification at George Washington University.

A product of the tropics, Michelle forced herself to learn, and eventually love, snowboarding to bear the inevitable winters. During the summer, you will find her on a paddle board basking in the sun, enjoying life and the outdoors with family and friends. A self-proclaimed foodie, Michelle will most likely (out of curiosity) order the strangest food on the menu. She enjoys overly optimistic home design ideas and Do-It-Yourself projects, as well as plotting her next travel adventures.
