Liberatore Stenson


Liberatore has over 20 years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) professional in both the private and public sector.  He works closely with client organizations to align technology solutions to their business strategy.  He leads teams to develop and integrate IT systems that enable organizations to be more productive, responsive, and effective in managing their operations.  He joined RGS in 2008 to provide support for IT initiatives at the Department of Justice (DOJ).  In his role, he directs and manages a multitude of IT projects and serves as the technical lead overseeing architecture design, systems integration, systems and database development, and commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) software deployments.

Liberatore earned the Senior Associate of the Year Award for 2012 and was a member of the DOJ team that earned the 2009 RGS Great Team Award. He attended Virginia State University and earned his bachelor’s in information systems. He also earned his master’s in information systems technology and was awarded a CIO University Certificate from George Washington University.
