Kerry joined RGS in 2011 and has utilized her creative nature, can-do attitude, and communications expertise to strategically position clients for success. Following a successful stint supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Awards & Recognition Program, Kerry stepped into the position of communications lead for the NAVSEA Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO) in 2014. In this role, she manages the ETMO brand, marketing strategies, and public relations efforts. Additionally, she provides communications and project management support to the Command’s recruiting and student outreach programs. Kerry has utilized her love for event planning to implement several successful corporate events. Kerry served as co-chair for the 2014 RGS Family Event, and has assisted in the implementation of four Annual Award Banquets to date.
Kerry graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!) and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Georgetown University. She was recognized with the NAVSEA Team Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding support of the Navy Civilian Careers Recruiting, Diversity, and Affinity Recruiting Partnership and, most recently, was thrilled to receive the 2014 RGS Great Team Award.
In her spare time, Kerry enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending summer weekends with family in Bethany Beach, Delaware. An avid animal lover, she is also the proud mom of three rambunctious rescues (Pomeranian Tobias and tabby cats Jasper and Fenway), and serves as a volunteer for the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.
