Jelena joined RGS in 2012 as a workforce analytics consultant. In alignment with her extensive analytical background supporting different Department of Navy organizations, she currently assists the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO) in optimizing Human Resource Management by designing and continuously improving the metrics reporting processes and quality standards. Her strengths lie in her ability to solve business issues by leveraging technology while promoting efficiency, collaboration, agility, and flexibility.
Since coming to RGS, Jelena served as co-chair for the 2013 United Way Campaign, currently serves on the RGS 401K Financial Committee, and has played an integral part on Tiger Teams for the RGS Corporate Strategic Planning initiative. She is also a recipient of the NAVSEA Certificate of Appreciation, two Really Great Service awards, and the 2014 RGS Great Team Award.
Jelena holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Belgrade, is PMP and Six Sigma certified, and is pursuing an MBA in Enterprise Risk Management at Johns Hopkins University. When not at work, Jelena enjoys being a mom, playing tennis, traveling, and doing home-improvement projects with her family.
