Chelsea Esworthy

Chelsea came to RGS in 2014 to join the US Marshals Service (USMS) team, having previously served at the USMS as a Junior Developer. She has since stepped into her current role with the team as SharePoint Development team lead, in which she lends her skills both as a developer and as a supervisor/project manager. In addition to serving as lead developer for assigned projects and providing O&M support for several applications for which she is a main POC, she assists with management of projects and serves as the day-to-day manager for all projects to which her supervisees are assigned. Most recently, she was recognized along with her colleagues when the USMS team received the 2015 RGS Great Team Award.

Chelsea graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2012 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, and again in 2015 with a Master of Science in the same discipline. When she isn’t juggling her various work responsibilities, she enjoys reading, music, and spending time with family and friends.
