Office Administrator/Facility Security Officer
Amy joined RGS in 2014 with a wealth of knowledge in DoD consulting, management, recruitment, security, human resources, and administration. Previously at MLT Systems, Amy worked as an Executive Assistant to the Joint Program Manager, Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. During this time, Amy built a security program from the ground up, obtaining the facility security clearance and ensuring that the company adhered to the National Industrial Security Program. Amy was instantly attracted to the fun environment and the emphasis placed on strategic planning at RGS. As the Facility Security Officer and the Office Administrator Amy believes in providing excellent customer service to both RGSers and clients.
Amy is known as a team player and always lends a helping hand. She served as a member on the 2014 Annual Awards Banquet Committee, and due to her previous experience has played a key role in the launch of the RGS corporate newsletter. Amy was awarded the 2014 RGS Rookie of the Year Award, and is the proud recipient of many KUDOS at the Monthly All Hands Meeting.
Amy attended Northern Virginia Community College, and has obtained the contractor equivalent to Program Management Level I and II from the Defense Acquisition University. Recently, Amy moved from Stafford, Virginia to Chevy Chase, Maryland to take advantage of city life. She enjoys traveling and sightseeing, dining out, reading, and spending time with her daughter.
